All interior design projects begin with a formal proposal. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Engagement officially commences only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the initial deposit.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure project dates. Progress payments are scheduled based on deliverables. Final project documentation is released only upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices.
Cancellations & Delays
Cancellations must be provided in writing. Clients are liable for all work completed up to the date of notice. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party contractors or supply chain issues.
Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
Our designs are the heart of our studio. We protect our creative assets to maintain the exclusivity of our work.
Ownership & Copyright
